We strive always to exceed client expectations by providing the best candidate and the best fit for the given role and for this, we follow a smooth and thorough process, which includes five main phases:

  1. Establish The Search Priorities: In this phase, we analyse the challenges unique to the organization and the role and determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required, offering insight and fresh perspectives on how clients can think about their needs. This phase also includes developing a customized position and candidate specification, detailing the company, the role, responsibilities, goals, and key challenges of the position as well as the experience, qualifications, and competencies required for success. This phase shapes the search process.
  2. Determine The Search Strategy: This phase includes conducting targeted research into companies and sectors to find candidates with relevant skill-sets and qualifications, supplementing our extensive knowledge of and relationships with board directors and senior executives across industries and functions and, then developing a long list of prospects best qualified for the role.
  3. Attract and Evaluate Candidates: This phase includes approaching potential candidates to test their interest in the role and drawing our insights about candidate interests and aspirations to persuade strong prospects to consider new opportunities. It also includes conducting rigorous competency-based interviews with candidates based on proven skills, knowledge, abilities, and aptitudes outlined in the position specification. Then, we develop a shortlist of candidates with the qualifications and interest in the position
  4. Select Qualified Candidates For Client Interviews: In this phase, we present the most qualified candidates based on in-depth written analysis and appraisal against the specification after verifying each candidate’s academic qualification
  5. Complete the Search, Onboarding, and Follow-Up: After the client has selected its preferred candidate, we conduct thorough background checks and references to further assess competencies, strengths, and weaknesses, and to provide external views of the individual. We communicate regularly with clients and placement during the transition. We also conduct client satisfaction surveys to improve service and refine the approach and do follow up with clients and candidates periodically once the search is closed.
