HR Manager


1. End-to-end employee lifecycle for the Corporate and Sales population for a Manufacturing Organization.

2. Minimum 2 years of HR Management experience

3. MBA (HR) from Top Tier 1 & 2 is mandatory.

4. Act as the first point of contact for employees to provide counsel, coaching, and support on HR fundamentals and employee-related questions.

5. Will execute our key HR initiatives by providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

6. Will also act as the HR manager of record for a client group.

7. Employee Advocacy - Provide employees and leads with an available first point of contact for questions and mentorship on fundamental HR topics and issues.

8. Organization health - Provide tracking and identification of hot spots within the organization as it relates to the overall organizational effectiveness and health.

9. Employee Engagement/Experience - Manage employee engagement programs and support managers with tools or action planning to drive Organization's Health agenda.

10. Talent Management - Support the Talent Management processes through a partnership with the HR Leaders and Business Managers in the organization, particularly developing toolkits and communications that help managers with Talent Reviews.

11. Employee & Manager Development - Support people managers with career conversations, Development Plans/Career Growth Plans, and other development initiatives

12. Process Improvement & Automation - Develop standardized process as it relates to manual work through the creation of SOPs that can be used for best practice sharing across the global organization.

13. Partner with other specialists within the organization for the development of tools that can be scaled across the business and serve as best practices for the organization

14. Recruitment - recruit talent using different sources/strategies

15. Policies - Review local policies and processes in order to ensure that they are fit for the purpose

16. Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity resulting in business improvement, manager effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

17. Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.

18. Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups.
